Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

• Items must be returned to us unworn, with all the original labels intact, within 14 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return.
• We aim to process returns within 3-5 working days upon receiving them at our warehouse.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
