Return & Exchange Policy
At Dyora Style , we strive to ensure you love every piece you order. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below:
1. Returns & Refunds
We offer returns and full refunds exclusively in the following cases:
Wrong Item Received: If the model, color, or size delivered does not match your original order.
Defective or Damaged Items: If the garment has a manufacturing defect or visible damage upon arrival.
Note: In these specific cases, Dyora Style will cover all shipping and collection fees.
2. Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your fit! If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Shipping Fees: For all exchange requests (not related to errors by the store), additional shipping charges will apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged:
Intimate apparel (Lingerie/Swimwear).
Accessories and Jewelry.
Items purchased during "Final Sale" or clearance events.
