ll delivery time frames are based on working days Monday to Friday and exclude Holidays. Orders placed after 3pm for next day delivery will be delivered within 5-6 working days, with the exception of next day delivery orders placed after 3pm on Thursday's will be delivered on the following Monday. Please note deliveries may also be delayed due to any local Bank Holidays.

Return and Refund Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to accept returns. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process

Returns:

• Items must be returned to us unworn, with all the original labels intact, within 14 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return.
• We aim to process returns within 3-5 working days upon receiving them at our warehouse.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
